Welcome to the Muuvr Beta support post – this is where you’ll find everything you need to know about how to use Muuvr. We understand that getting started with new technology can be challenging, so we’ve created this section to make it easy for you to use Muuvr and get the most out of our platform.

We will be creating a variety of videos to guide you through the process of setting up your account, connecting with other users, and tracking your progress.

Problems receiving Confirmation codes

We will make changes to how we treat mobile numbers when new users register, but right now it’s important you use the correct format when adding your number

Please be carful with the country codes and do not include them.

For example:

  • For UK numbers do not include the first zero
  • For US numbers do not include the first one

How Do I Connect My Wearable Account to Muuvr?

To connect your wearable or existing fitness account complete the following:

  1. Open the Muuvr app
  2. Click the menu stack in the top right-hand corner
  3. Click “Wearable Accounts”
  4. Click “Add New Wearable Account”
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts
