Some of the features in Muuvr are a bit too complicated still, and while we work on ways to make them easier, we have added some videos so you can get the most from your experience!

Unlocking awards and achievements

  1. Open the App and navigate to the You tab by tapping the person Icon in the bottom right of the screen
  2. Scroll down and tap “view all” in the Achievements and Awards section
  3. When the next screen opens, tap “Claim collectible with code”
  4. Add your code and tap “Claim”

After you complete these steps, it may take up to 40 seconds for your unique reward to be “minted”. This is because they are one-off digital items and not just a render of an image.



Joining Membership Hubs

  1. Open the App and navigate to the You tab by tapping the person icon in the bottom right of the screen
  2. Click the cog icon in the top left hand corner to open the Settings page
  3. When the next screen opens, tap “Apply membership code”
  4. Add your code and tap “Confirm”
  5. When the success screen loads tap discover

Viewing Membership Hubs

  1. Open the App and navigate to the You tab by tapping the person icon in the bottom right of the screen
  2. Tap “Member of” in the middle of the screen
  3. Tap “Hubs” at the top of the screen
  4. Scroll to your new Hub and tap it
